4 English muffins, halved
1/2 lb crab meat
8 ounces cream cheese softened
1/4 cup butter softened
lemon pepper to taste
Tobasco to taste
garlic powder to taste
Toast English muffin halves & set aside. Combine crab, cream cheese & butter. Season to taste. Spread mixture evenly on toasted muffin halves & broil until bubbly. To serve, cut each muffin half into 4 wedges.
